  • Extreme Connect will take place at the Omni Fort Worth located in the heart of downtown at 1300 Houston Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76102.

  • Yes, attendees are responsible for their travel arrangements to and from the conference hotel. 
    Omni Fort Worth Hotel is located near the following airports:

    • 24 miles (approximately 30 minutes) from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)
    • 34.9 miles (approximately 40 minutes) from Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL)

  • Hotel reservations are a part of the conference registration process. Attendees are responsible for paying for their hotel stay. Extreme Networks is offering special discounted hotel rates. 

    Omni Fort Worth (conference hotel): $239.00/night+ taxes and fees for single and double occupancy

  • There are a few countries that require a visa for entry. We recommend checking in advance with your country's local consulate for details and requirements.

  • The average temperature in Fort Worth in April for a typical day range from a high of 79°F (26°C) to a low of 54°F (12°C). Some would describe it as mildly cool and breezy.

Registration Information

  • Yes. We will be hosting 2-day training certification courses on Sunday, April 21 and Monday, April 22. The hands-on training will occur from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

  • Main Conference Pass: $1199

    Extreme Certified Insider Pass: $999

    This rate is only available to those paying via credit card who have attended a previous in-person Extreme Connect conference.

    Education & Government Pass: $1099

    This rate is only available to those paying via credit card from organizations in the education or government industries.

    Pre-conference Certification Training (2-day course): $1199

    Additional Passes: Guest Pass: $499 (Valid Monday – Thursday). Covers all scheduled meals & entertainment.

    Attendee Party Guest Pass: $149 (Valid for Wednesday evening only)

  • All major credit cards are accepted.

    Extreme Service Units (ESUs) – You can use most ESUs towards the cost of a registration package. Please contact connect@extremenetworks.com if you would like to use ESUs from your account as payment. If ESUs are available and meet the required criteria, we will provide you with a discount code to input during check-out; choose ESUs as your payment type. We cannot accept campus agreement (ECA) ESUs, TR-EDUs, or any ESU with a value less than $1199 for one (1) main conference pass, $2398 for two (2) main conference passes, and $2198 for main conference + 2 days of technical paid certification training. Discount codes cannot be applied to this form of payment, and once an ESU has been allocated for the event the full amount is deducted and cannot be returned to the account.

  • Enjoy three days full of in-depth education, peer-to-peer networking, and exclusive access to meetings with the Extreme executive team. All meals, activities, and entertainment are included in the cost of registration; however, attendees are responsible for travel expenses and hotel costs.

  • Yes. All guests MUST be 21 years or older to attend the conference.

    Two types of guest passes are available:

    • Guest Pass: $499 (Valid Monday – Thursday). Pass covers all scheduled meals & entertainment.
    • Attendee Party Guest Pass: $149 (Valid for Wednesday evening)

Training

  • Pre-conference training courses offer a deep dive into the Extreme tech of your choice – giving you the opportunity to get hands-on, detailed experience needed to perform better in your job. Plus, you can make the most of your time at the conference, rather than trying to set up a separate training session for your company.

  • Pre-conference training will take place at the Extreme Connect host hotel, Omni Fort Worth on Sunday, April 21 and Monday, April 22, 2024. Then the main conference will kick off Monday afternoon, April 22, 2024.

  • It is recommended that pre-conference training attendees arrive Saturday afternoon or evening, as training begins promptly at 8:00 am Sunday, April 21.

  • Attendees can sign up for a pre-conference training course during the Extreme Connect registration process.

  • Unfortunately, seats in pre-conference training classes are first-come, first-serve. Sign up when registration opens to avoid missing your first choice!

  • No, you can only take one pre-conference training course as each takes two full days to complete.

  • Pre-conference training costs $1199 in addition to your main conference pass fee. Please note that you must attend the main conference to also participate in pre-conference training.

  • Yes! Have no fear – though you will not get certified in a specific technology, you will spend two days in technical sessions at the main event.
